Park Island Building and Resort Management
I must say, the building management on Park Island is among the best I have ever seen in Hong Kong.
All of the Park Island complex and resort facilities are managed by:
Kai Shing Management Services Limited
Park Island Management Services Office
Tel : 29863800 Fax : 29863899
The Office is on the right side up the escalator steps quite close to where the Ferry Terminal is.
I am not sure, but I suspect they might be a subsidiary company of Sun Hung Kai.
Every security guard at the lobby of each building seems very well dressed, helpful, and professionally trained. The only criticism I have is that for some of them, their English is not great, but that is of course to be expected, given what they are paid.
The flowers and gardens around Park Island are kept in immaculate condition. Indeed some people would say that everything looks almost too perfect! You never ever see any rubbish on Park Island - again, the cleaners are doing a fantastic job. Even the main beach on Park Island is cleaned daily, with any washed up rubbish removed. I am not sure if that is done by Park Island management or by the Government cleaners.
Management fees on Park Island are quite high though $1.6 per square foot of apartment that you own. But I think its well worth it. Also all the facilities on Park Island, like BBQ, fitness centers, child play areas, dog park, the pools and so on are kept in perfect condition.
do you have the email address for the management on park island? thanks!
ReplyDeleteHi the lucky one.
ReplyDeleteIts parkisland@kaishing.com.hk
I dun think so !!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteManagement are OK but make sure you ask for an English speaker if you call them. Some of the Chinese speaking ones don't always fully comprehend.
ReplyDeleteThey are not perfect, and a little old fashioned and don't seem overly progressive. But yes compare to most other mgt companies they are really super good compared to most of them.
ReplyDeleteWe can complain, but overall they really are pretty good, given what they get paid. I have lived in other buildings, and most management companies are way way worse. So overall, a thumbs up for Park Island Management team.
