A panoramic ocean view from Park Island at night across the ocean to Hong Kong Island.

Ocean view from Park Island
Here is a quite impressive Park Island photo (I took from another website) of a night view from Park Island across the ocean. Really quite stunning on a clear night.

If you are after an apartment in Hong Kong with ocean views, consider Park Island as a very  affordable option.

  1. The panaromic view captures the two formidable bridges which are slightly contrasting in terms of structure and lighting. A wonderful sight indeed - splendid! With a glass of wine at hand and enjoying such views one would be forgiven to mistaken this as near paradise.

  2. Bloomberg news reported today that HK is the dirtiest global financial centre. Perhaps they ought to sample the near fumeless air of Park Island to feel the difference! Stepping off the ferry at Central and venturing into Central and Wanchai districts, the difference in air and noise pollution compared with Park Island is startling. The near non-exsistent exhaust fumes and zero traffic/construction site pounding noise makes Park Island an idyllic place to live and relax.

    1. I agree with you 100%. What amazes me is how many people in HK are prepared to put up with the noise, dirt, and grim, and indeed pay extra for the privilege, living in the city. If you have to work in Hong Kong, its a no brainer to live somewhere cleaner, cheaper, nicer. Do your hours in the office, make your money, and then relax and live as though you are on holiday outside of that time, swimming, gym, relaxing on the beach etc.

    2. Can't agree more. For those people who do not appreciate quality, I say let them live amongst dirt, noise and grime.

  3. Do you have a photo with panaromic view taken during the day? Night view is impressive but wonder whether day time view is equally good.

    1. Thanks Blogger, What a majestic view and a commanding vista of the bridge with sandy beach at the side. Will look into buying a place in Park Island.

  5. What a view at such an "affordable" price. Best kept secret in town.

  6. View of the two formidable bridges is quite fantastic. You cannot have such view in the grossly overpriced apartments at mid-levels.
